Their dense construction helps retain heat, while the hard, strong body and resistance to permanent marking are suited to busy kitchen environments. The porcelain complies with BS4034 standards, so the plates can be used in hotels.
Supplied in packs of six, the plates stack neatly for storage between services. They are dishwasher-safe, and the manufacturer also states that they are suitable for ovens, microwaves and freezers, supporting preparation, reheating and quicker clean-down.
