At 230mm wide, each plate is a useful size for starter courses and desserts. The super-vitrified porcelain construction is designed to withstand the demands of busy kitchens, while the high-fired glaze creates an ultra-smooth surface that resists permanent marking and is easy to keep presentable.
The six plates stack neatly for compact storage between services. They are dishwasher, oven, microwave and freezer-safe, giving chefs flexibility from preparation and reheating through to clear-down. The porcelain also meets BS4034 standards for hotel use.
