Why this plate earns its place
The 205mm Chia plate is the smaller companion to the 270mm dinner size, designed for starters, desserts, or side-course service. The porcelain construction is robust enough to survive repeated passthrough washing without crazing or chipping.
Like all Chia pieces, the uneven edge and reactive glaze are intentional—the glaze fires unevenly, so each plate carries subtle colour variation and finish depth. The white rim provides framing and helps conceal marks at the plate edge. The green ground is neutral enough to work across menu styles and course types.
