Why this jug earns its place
The Steelite Smoke jug provides a compact 142ml porcelain format for serving at the table or counter. Supplied in a 12-pack, it gives restaurants, cafés, hotels and caterers a consistent set of small jugs in the grey Smoke colour code.
Smoke is designed for a sharper, more defined presentation style, with subtle grey tones and darker reactive elements inspired by concrete and the effects of cooking. The manufacturer positions the collection around the relationship between food, presentation and the visual character of browning and searing.
For routine service, the jugs are stated to be dishwasher safe and freezer safe. Their 142ml capacity makes the format easy to specify where a smaller porcelain jug is suitable, while the 12-pack supports consistent tableware provision.
