Why this jug earns its place
At 87 ml (just under 3 fl oz), each jug holds enough milk or cream for a single coffee cup, a small jug of milk for tea, or a measure of custard or coulis for plated desserts. The pouring lip is defined enough that a server doesn't spill when tilting, and the handle sits clear of the rim — important when the jug spends a morning in and out of hot dishwashers. Porcelain won't retain coffee or tea stains the way ceramics can, and the pink finish complements a contemporary table without announcing itself.
Rolled edges resist chipping around the rim and handle, which matters because milk jugs move constantly — passed hand-to-hand, stacked, bumped across a service counter. In a café serving fifty coffees a service, you'll cycle through these in waves: full jugs on the table, empties into the wash, fresh jugs back out within minutes.
The 12-pack is sized for a working café or small hotel: one jug per table, plus backups in the pass and in wash. If you run multiple seatings, you'll have enough to keep service flowing without waiting for a wash cycle. Dishwasher safe, oven safe (though rarely needed), and microwave safe if you want to warm milk at the station before service.
