Why this jug earns its place
The smallest jug in a service rotation is often the busiest. In a café that runs fifty espressos a shift, a 70ml jug is the right size for a single, controlled pour of steamed milk—no waste, no excess handling, just the milk you need. Churchill's Ultimo collection designed this jug for exactly that pace: contemporary styling, heat retention, and the durability to survive dozens of pours in rapid succession.
At 70ml (2.5oz), it's intentionally lean. Fill it, pour it, pull the next one. This economy extends to storage and washing too: a pack of twelve gives you enough for a morning service, plus coverage for the washing cycle, plus backup without hoarding space. The white contemporary shape fits naturally into a modern café aesthetic—it looks right on an espresso bar, whether you're pulling shots under high pressure or serving cream at table.
Super-vitrified porcelain is where durability comes from. The material is hardened at a molecular level, making it nearly impossible to chip under normal use. The superior glaze is fused to the porcelain during that same firing, so it doesn't fade or absorb marks—it stays bright and white indefinitely. More importantly for milk service, the non-porous surface means dairy proteins don't absorb into the ceramic. Every wash comes genuinely clean.
