Why this grand cafe jug earns its place
A vacuum jug is two stainless steel shells with air between them. The insulation works for hot or cold: boiling water stays usable for 8–12 hours; milk or iced drinks stay cold for 24+ hours. The 1,000 ml Airpot is sized for milk service or smaller pour runs—the volume that empties and refills through a single shift without sitting too long on a sideboard. The inscribed "MILK" marking is functional: fast identification when service is moving.
Stainless steel is the working material. It survives repeated dishwasher cycles, thermal shock from filling, and when it dents (it will), keeps insulating. The jug pours through an internal valve that maintains the seal—this is the difference between reliable and failing vacuum jugs. Grand Cafe is the Chefmaster sideboard line, built for café and hotel pours from table height.
