Why this saucer earns its place
Saucers seem simple until you're running a café on a Saturday morning and realised you need them in bulk. The 125mm saucer is the smaller standard—designed for espresso or a small cappuccino cup that sits neatly in the well without sliding. In European service, it's the template for quick coffee stops.
Brown Dapple is Steelite's reading of that classic aesthetic, but built for the brutality of commercial dishwashing. The cream glaze with dappled surface doesn't show watermarks or the microchipping that makes white porcelain look exhausted after 500 washes. Freeze-safe, dishwasher-proof, and engineered from solid porcelain so there's no glaze-and-clay separation when thermal shock happens.
The pack comes 36 per carton, which means you can run a 100-cover café with just two packs in rotation—one in service, one rotating through the wash. The 5" diameter (125mm) sits comfortably on small tables without hogging surface and complements standard espresso-sized cups.
