Why this saucer earns its place
A 154 mm saucer is the working size beneath most café cups—it catches spills and gives the drinker stable ground. These are black stoneware with soft rolled edges, the same durability principle as the cups themselves. Twelve saucers per pack is a working rotation size for a café or small hotel service. Soft rolled edges resist the constant contact that sharp edges would damage—table placement, tray slides, dishwasher racks. Over a month of service, rolled edges stay intact whilst sharp edges accumulate chips. Stoneware holds up to full dishwasher cycles without degrading.
Saucers carry the visual weight of a cup service. A matching set in black reads contemporary and fits most table settings. The 154 mm size is large enough to stabilise most cups without looking oversized, and it pairs with standard 8 oz and 12 oz cups.
