Why this saucer earns its place
A 118mm saucer is built for a 100ml espresso cup — clean overhang, no wobble, and room for both cup and a small spoon. The hand-painted petal pink glaze means each saucer carries its own character in tone and finish depth. That is intentional: the variation is what sets Churchill Stonecast apart from identical, uniform production runs.
Super vitrified ceramic gives you the durability of commercial-grade tableware. The glaze fuses to the body at high temperature, so it does not chip, dull, or fade through 500+ dishwasher cycles at 70°C. Colour saturation stays true from the first service through months of high-turnover use.
The saucer nests efficiently — a full 12-pack occupies minimal cupboard space, and resting a 100ml cup on top is stable even if the stack gets bumped or shuffled in a fast service. The five-millimetre rim keeps the cup seated without slide-off risk.
