Why this bowl earns its place
The Steelite Vesuvius coupe bowl offers a 215mm round format for presenting dishes, sides or accompaniments at the table. Supplied in a 12-pack, it gives restaurants, hotels and caterers a useful quantity for consistent service or replacement stock.
Made from porcelain, the bowl has a round shape, blue colour and Deep Blue colour code. It belongs to the Vesuvius range, which the manufacturer describes as a collection of reactive glazes named after precious materials and designed to create a rich platform for eclectic and diverse menus.
The bowl is stackable for storage between services, and the specification lists it as dishwasher safe and freezer safe. Its 215mm diameter provides a clear format for table-setting and service planning where a larger coupe bowl is required.
