Why this bowl earns its place
The Steelite Revolution Bluestone Scoop bowl gives smaller servings a purposeful place on the table. It is a blue China bowl named at 165mm, with a specified 267ml capacity, and comes in a 12-pack for operators who need matching pieces ready for service.
The Revolution finish is built around hand-applied brushwork. The brush travels across each piece in a revolving motion, and its path remains visible in the fired result, giving the glazed surface a degree of variation and a more artisan feel. The blue colour makes the bowl a strong platform for presentation while keeping the form easy to place in a working service.
The bowl is stackable and is listed as dishwasher safe and freezer safe, so storage and routine handling are clearly covered in the specification. It is a useful format for restaurants, cafés, hotels and caterers who want a 267ml bowl with a defined 12-pack quantity and a finish that brings character to the pass or table.
