Why this bowl earns its place
The Steelite Ink Legacy Teal coupe bowl gives service teams a 215mm round bowl with a stated 340ml capacity. Supplied in a 12-pack, it is a useful, consistent format for serving smaller dishes, sides or accompaniments where presentation matters as much as the portion.
Its green patterned finish is identified by the Teal colour code. This is part of the Ink Legacy range, which takes its cue from the faded opulence of antique decoration and turns that influence into a playful, casual look. The result is tableware with a clear point of view rather than a plain bowl that disappears into the setting.
The bowl is stackable for storage between services, and the supplied handling information states that it is dishwasher safe and freezer safe. For restaurants, cafés, hotels and caterers planning a coordinated service cupboard, the combination of 215mm diameter, 340ml capacity and a 12-piece pack is easy to specify.
