Why this bowl earns its place
At 280mm, this freestyle bowl gives the hand-crafted character of Steelite’s Craft collection room to make an impression at the table. Its oval shape, green colour and lustrous glaze create a rich, rustic backdrop for food presentation, while the distinctive form keeps the piece from feeling anonymous.
The bowl is made from porcelain and is dishwasher safe and freezer safe. The manufacturer also describes it as oven, microwave and dishwasher safe, giving professional kitchens a useful piece of crockery for preparation, service, storage and cleaning.
Supplied in a 12-pack, it is suited to operators who need a consistent presentation format across service. Steelite’s Lifetime Edge Chip warranty adds reassurance for a piece intended to withstand the rigours of the professional catering environment.
