Why this bowl earns its place
The Steelite Aurora Revolution Granite Tulip bowl provides a 140mm round serving format with a tulip form and green Granite finish. At 14cm, it offers a more generous footprint for presenting food while retaining the defined profile of the Tulip bowl.
Made from alumina vitrified ceramic, it has a listed capacity of 51.43cl, or 18.1oz. That capacity gives catering teams a clear starting point when judging portions and arranging the bowl within a table setting or service area.
Each pack contains 12 bowls, giving restaurants, cafés, hotels and caterers a consistent set for regular service or an organised event. The bowl is part of the Aurora range and is specified as round in shape.
