Why this bowl earns its place
A 500 ml porcelain bowl with real depth is the foundation of every table. At 150 mm diameter and 70 mm deep, these hold a full soup or stew portion without spillage, rim content or overflow when set down quickly. The depth means spoons sit flush and liquids stay in the bowl, not on the tablecloth.
Porcelain holds heat across a course and resists the thermal shock of rapid service. Load them warm from the cabinet and they'll still be steaming five minutes later. The concrete effect glaze is industrial without being cold — fired into the porcelain body, it won't chip or dull even after hundreds of washes.
Stack six high in a pass without nesting. They load efficiently into any commercial dishwasher. The glaze is smooth enough that food doesn't stick, and the rim is bevelled so it sits comfortably against the mouth.
