Why this bowl earns its place
A 143mm bowl holds 530ml—one generous portion of soup, a sauce bowl for the table, or a single-serve dip or amuse. The smaller footprint is useful when space is tight or portions are controlled. Spring green is understated and complements any plating without dominating. Packing six per unit gives you flexibility for medium-volume services.
Porcelain holds heat well during plating and service—a 530ml soup bowl warmed to 65°C and served immediately stays hot for 3–4 minutes on the table. The stackable design means these nest tightly without wobble; you can store 20+ bowls in the same footprint as 15 plates. The non-porous glaze releases sauces, oils and starch completely in the wash, no matter how heavy the service.
The round shape is neutral and works for both formal plated bowls and casual table service. The 530ml size is smaller than traditional soup bowls, which means it suits modern portions, amuse courses, and sharing-menu sauces where a half-size serving is intentional.
