Why this bowl earns its place
A round white bowl, 12 cm across, holding 26 cl (just over a quarter-litre). It's small enough to sit beside a main plate as a single side, large enough to hold a proper portion of vegetables, grains, or sauce. Part of the Cézanne range, it's finished in immaculate ivory vitrified china with subtle decoration — formal enough for fine dining, robust enough for high-turnover service.
Vitrified china is the standard for busy kitchens: it survives intensive washing at 65 °C, won't chip easily, and will last years in hard use. At 12 cm, it nests efficiently — roughly 30–35 stack vertically in a gastronorm — and reads consistently across a table with matching plates and cups.
