Why this bowl earns its place
At 248mm diameter and 36mm deep, these larger coupe bowls work for sharing dishes, generous main-course portions, or kitchen prep—wide enough to present food generously, deep enough to contain sauce and dressing without spillage. The reactive crackled Kintsugi finish renders each bowl subtly unique and masks minor table marks that would show on plain black ceramics. The coupe profile curves inward from the rim, a classic hospitality shape that grips reliably when clearing and sits comfortably on the table.
Super-vitrified ceramic is fired at high temperature to produce a non-porous, chip-resistant surface that lasts longer than standard ceramics under fast service. The fully glazed foot prevents scratching the bowl beneath during stacking, and the Eco glaze protects against stains from wine, oils, and acidic components. They load into a commercial dishwasher without damage and reheat in a microwave without thermal shock.
At 1.136 litres, these bowls suit family-style plating, individual pasta portions, or substantial side dishes. The 248mm width makes them visible from across a table, and the depth keeps dressing contained without splash.
