Vitrified ceramic construction means the glazed foot won't scratch when stacking, and the Eco Glaze resists stains and marks through service.
At this size, the bowl begins to function as a platter. You get real capacity without the flat surface of a plate—enough for a substantial salad course, a mound of hand-pulled meat, or a shared starter that needs containment. The shallow coupe shape keeps sauces and dressings where they belong, and the rim height is low enough that you can plate and shoot without losing sight of the food.
