Why this bowl earns its place
These oval bowls are built for buffet work — presenting food without the weight penalty of ceramic. At 355 mm across and 250 mm deep, one bowl holds enough for a small shared dish or a full family-style portion without crowding the table.
Melamine is lighter on the hand than ceramic and won't chip from casual contact with cutlery or a service pass. The textured granite finish catches light and lifts a simple dish above plain white crockery. This is not oven-safe or microwave-safe — melamine is for food that's already at service temperature, so it suits buffet setups, cold appetisers, and plated dishes that arrive hot but will sit at room temperature.
