Why this bowl earns its place
The conical profile stacks efficiently because the bowls nest without touching the rim, which matters when you need compact storage in a busy kitchen. At 26 cl it is sized for individual portions: a dip, a sauce, a side serving of soup or accompaniment. Vitrified porcelain is harder and more durable than standard earthenware, and it survives repeated dishwashing without crazing or dulling the reactive glaze.
The reactive black finish — called Granite — creates a depth that shifts under light. It is a glossy black with subtle tonal variation, not a flat or matte surface. This is studio pottery aesthetic in commercial tableware: it looks considered and intentional, which upgrades the visual presentation of side servings that might otherwise be functional only.
