Why this bowl earns its place
These Arcoroc Brush rim bowls are a compact 120mm format for small portions, sides and other bowl-served dishes. Broad green brush strokes around the rim contrast with the white opal-glass surface, while the heat-retentive material helps food stay warm for longer.
The opal glass is fully tempered and stated to be around three times stronger than standard ceramic. It is designed to resist chipping, shock, breakage, scratching and fading, and the non-porous surface does not absorb bacteria — a useful combination for demanding foodservice and care environments.
The 36 bowls stack for storage and are listed as dishwasher safe. The manufacturer also says they are safe for commercial dishwashers and microwaves, so they can move efficiently through service, wash-up and the next sitting.
