Why this bowl earns its place
The APS Pure square bowl is a useful smaller-format serving piece, with a stated 400ml capacity and a 125mm square footprint. That gives a service team a defined presentation area for compact portions while keeping the bowl easy to place on a busy table, counter or display.
It is made from black melamine, with straight outer edges and small corners that APS says create an elegant feel across the Pure series. The square shape gives the presentation a crisp outline, and the black finish provides a strong backdrop for the food being served.
The bowl is stackable, helping keep serviceware tidy between uses, and dishwasher safe for a straightforward clean-down. APS also notes that the Pure pieces can be used with serving stands to build a complete display.
