Why this bowl earns its place
The APS Nero GN 1/9 bowl is a compact rectangular serving bowl for smaller portions and accompaniments. It measures 176mm deep by 108mm wide and 55mm high, with a 350ml capacity for presenting a variety of cuisines.
The bowl is made from durable black melamine, giving it a practical finish for long-lasting use in commercial environments. Its compact format is easy to organise in a busy service area, and the stackable design helps keep storage tidy.
It is heat-resistant up to 70°C and can be used for hot and cold food within that limit. Because it is dishwasher safe, the bowl can move efficiently from service to cleaning in a professional catering operation.
