Why this bowl earns its place
The APS Nero 85mm bowl is a compact piece of black tableware for serving small portions, sauces, accompaniments or tasting-size dishes. Its round shape and 100ml capacity give the kitchen a neat, controlled format when a larger bowl would be too much.
Made from melamine, the bowl is designed for durable use in commercial environments and is heat-resistant up to 70°C. It can be used for a wide range of hot and cold foods within that stated limit, while the black finish brings a modern look to the table.
The practical details matter in a working service. This bowl is stackable for more orderly storage and dishwasher safe for quick cleaning between uses, helping the team keep small-format tableware ready for the next sitting.
