Why this bowl earns its place
The APS Nero 280 × 220mm bowl gives larger food presentations a generous, modern black setting. With a 1-litre capacity, it is suited to serving a variety of cuisines where a smaller bowl would restrict the portion or presentation.
Its organic shape and melamine construction combine a distinctive look with durable use in commercial environments. The bowl is heat-resistant up to 70°C, so it can be used for a wide range of hot and cold foods within that stated limit.
For the practical rhythm of service, the bowl is stackable and dishwasher safe. That makes it easier to organise in storage and return it to use after cleaning, while the 220mm width, 280mm depth and 70mm height give the team a clear guide to its footprint.
