Why this bowl earns its place
The APS Nero bowl is a compact round serving piece for commercial table service. Measuring 125mm in diameter and 45mm high, it holds 250ml, making it useful for smaller portions, sides, sauces or accompaniments.
Its black melamine construction gives it a modern appearance and the durability needed for long-lasting use in commercial environments. The stackable design helps keep smaller serviceware organised, ready for the next sitting.
The bowl is heat-resistant up to 70°C, so it can be used for hot and cold food within that limit. It is also dishwasher safe, helping keep cleaning efficient after service.
