Why this bowl earns its place
The APS Float is a compact square serving bowl for the small details that make a plate or counter display feel considered. Its 30ml capacity is suited to sauces, garnishes, toppings and other small portions, while the 90mm width and depth keep the footprint discreet.
Made from white melamine, the bowl has a clean, bright finish and a distinctive base that gives the impression of floating at the edge of the table. APS combines clear edges and smooth surfaces with durability, creating a timeless look that works across everyday hospitality service.
It is stackable for practical storage and dishwasher safe for straightforward cleaning between services. For kitchens and front-of-house teams that need a small, presentable bowl which is easy to handle and put away, this Float piece is a useful addition to the serviceware cupboard.
