Why this dipping pot earns its place
An 81 ml dipping bowl is built for single-use sauces: a portion of aioli, hot sauce, soy, or gravy at the table without committing to a full ramekin. The 70 mm diameter means it sits on the table or on a plate rim without taking up real estate, and the yellow brings warmth to sauce servings without competing with the plated food.
The shallow shape is the working detail. Unlike deep ramekins, a shallow dish lets diners dip without tilting the bowl, and it's faster to fill and clear. Twelve per pack gives a restaurant or event caterer enough for a single service without storing shelves of backup stock. The rolled rim (again, the edge is curved under rather than sharp) means these survive the heavy hand-washing and stacking that any sauce bowl takes on.
Porcelain won't absorb or retain flavour, so a bowl used for garlic aioli one service won't taint a mild hollandaise the next. It's oven-safe for warming sauce before service and microwave-safe if you need to soften or reheat during plating. The whole cycle — fill, serve, wash, dry — is oven to dishwasher with no babying.
