Why this coupe earns its place
A smaller coupe suited to measured cocktails or plating at the fine-dining pass. At 15 cl, this is the right size for spirit-forward pours served up without dilution. The black glaze is neutral against any drink colour and hides the minor surface marks that build through a busy shift. Vitrified porcelain is chip-resistant and won't cloud like glass—useful when the same piece is both barware and plating vessel.
The shallow bowl shape allows easy stacking for storage. Lightweight to carry, but with the weight and solidity of commercial porcelain, not delicate ceramic.
